Common questions
How does WASHLY work?
Pick a service, drop a pin where the car is, and choose a verified washer near you. You see the full price before you pay. The washer comes to you.
How do I pay?
Securely through Paystack, with Mobile Money or card. We hold your payment until the wash is done.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Before your washer is on the way you get a full refund. After that the travel fee is kept. See Cancellations and refunds.
Can I change the time?
Yes, use "Change time" on your booking. If the washer had accepted, they need to accept the new time.
What if the wash is not good?
Tap "Report a problem" before confirming. We keep the money held while we review it, including the washer's before and after photos.
Do I need to provide water or buckets?
Tell us what you have when you book. If there is no water at your location, the washer brings it for a small water fee.
How is the travel fee worked out?
From the distance between the washer and you, for the round trip. It is shown in the price before you pay.
How do promo codes work?
Enter a code on the booking page. It takes money off the wash price. Invite friends from the Invite page to earn codes.
How do I become a washer?
Sign up as a washer. We verify your details before you can take bookings. You are paid into your wallet and can withdraw to Mobile Money.

We are launching in Accra first. More cities are coming.
